⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service at RK Auto! Highly Recommend! After calling several places and comparing our options, I can confidently say that RK Auto was by far the best choice! From beginning to end, Fred and his dad, Rudy, were absolutely outstanding! They were extremely friendly, welcoming, courteous, and professional. What really impressed me was how thoroughly Fred explained everything, went over all the details, and made sure we understood the entire process. They got to work right away, completed the job quickly and efficiently, and kept us informed and updated every step of the way. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness really stood out. It's not every day that you come across people who take such pride in their work while treating their customers with so much respect and appreciation. Fred, you and your dad, Rudy, are truly top-notch! Thank you both for your exceptional service and for making the entire experience so easy and pleasant. We sincerely appreciate everything you did for us. I would absolutely recommend RK Auto to anyone looking for honest, reliable, professional service. If you're calling around looking for the right place, look no further! These guys are the real deal! Five stars all the way! RK Auto, you guys are the best! Your Customer and Friend, Rudy

My family and I had an amazing experience. We went in with a list of things for 2 separate cars… first car had mechanical issues and the second car needed auto body work done. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and were completely transparent. You can immediately tell that they are one of the very few shops that are genuinely “for the people” and have the customers best interest at heart. Overall 10/10 and definitely will be using them as my “go to” guys and recommending them to friends and family Thank you guys

Incredible customer service at RK Autos! I went in needing a diagnostic—which isn't even a standard service they provide as a body shop—but Fred stepped up and took care of it for me completely free of charge. He was extremely thorough and took the time to answer every single one of my questions without rushing me. As a woman, feeling safe, respected, and heard at an automotive shop means the world, and Fred truly made sure of that. On top of their integrity, it’s wonderful to know his shop is proudly veteran and cop friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, kind, and trustworthy service!

If you are in need of an auto repair business, look no further. Though RK Auto is new to the area, they were on it. I stopped by with various questions that were answered respectful and reasonably. I took my mother's vehicle in for work on her hood and it was taken care of perfectly. I believe any future work will be handled only by them. Fred and his associates were awesome. Wishing them continued success!
